Using the site

My Consumer Compass provides budgeting tools, templates and educational content for personal, non-commercial use. Downloads and worksheets are licensed to you individually — please do not resell or redistribute them.

Billing, cancellation & refunds

  • Paid memberships are billed monthly (or yearly if you choose that option) and renew automatically until you cancel. There is no lifetime membership.
  • You can cancel anytime from the billing portal on the Upgrade page. Access continues to the end of the period you already paid for.
  • Refunds are available within 7 days of a purchase or renewal. After 7 days that period is non-refundable, and you stay enrolled until you cancel.
  • To request a refund, email hillbillysavings2026@gmail.com from the address used at checkout.
